The best way to tast Italian local cooking:
Lo Stuzzichino
A quiet and friendly atmosphere makes this restaurant a perfect choice for an high-quality food, delicious wines and, why not, for a not "hard" bill (25-30 euro per person without wine).
I'm Mimmo, sommelier and care-taker of the restaurant and I will have the pleasure to welcome you here. My father Paolo, several years of international experience, is the king of the kitchen, helped by my mother Filomena, my wife Dora and by one of my cousins, Raffaele. You can seat in the terrace or inside to taste our delicious menu that follows the food season: Scialatielli ai frutti di mare (hand made pasta with sea-food), Scialatielli al profumo di Limone (with sea-food, lemon and courgette); Pasta e Patate con il Provolone del Monaco (pasta with potatoes and provolone del monaco cheese); Paccheri di Gragnano con pomodorini del Vesuvio (pasta made in Gragnano with little Vesuvius tomatoes). Second course with fresh local fishes: Pezzogna, Ricciola... Hand made cakes: Torta Di Ricotta e Pere, La Torta Della Nonna e La Delizia al Limone. I can also propose you more of 200 different wines, Italian or not.

Charlot
Anyone “walking” through the Sorrento peninsula should go down to Punta Campanella to listen for the song of the sirens. Then, on their return, those who succeeded in imitating Ulysses and even those who didn’t, should stop at the restaurant “Charlot” to renew the spell stimulating other senses. It is on the way, so don’t worry: in fact you will find it at Via Capo D’Arco, just before Nerano and a short distance from Marina del Cantone. The restaurant can seat around 100 people inside plus 50 outside on the terrace for eating “al fresco” in the summer. Its characteristic atmosphere and comfortable decor make it the ideal place for any kind of occasion and contribute to an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef and owner Antonio “Charlot” will be at the stoves assisted by his wife Teresa and his son Masssimo will receive you in the dining hall. The cuisine is “Mediterranean”: classical, but at the same time changing with the season’s produce and incorporating the inspirations, humours, memories and passions of the person who has dedicated his life to just this. The wine cellar offers a good choice of regional wines and not only; the service is friendly and of high quality. What else to add? Nothing… just that we are expecting you.
