"RIGOLETTO" APARTMENT

Rigoletto is a delightful little two-person apartment surrounded by a garden with orange and lemon trees.

It measures around 30 m2, and has air conditioning, a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace with a sea view, a shared garden, and an area outside reserved for the apartment.

The sitting room has air conditioning and heating. The sitting room leads straight out through a French door to the patio, which is equipped with a table, chairs, beach umbrella and two deck chairs.

There is a view of the garden from the patio.

The kichenette was equipped with two electric rings, a fridge freezer, microwave and Italian coffee maker. The table seats three, and in the room there is also a satellite TV.

The bedroom is simply and tastefully furnished. The room has a double bed and a small, high window. The bedroom is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Bathroom: From the double room there is direct access to the bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet and a spacious enclosed shower.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
