"FIGARO" APARTMENT

Figaro is a bright, classy 70 m2 apartment suitable for six people. Figaro is located on the second floor of the building, and can be reached from the main entrance.

Figaro has air conditioning, a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace with a sea view, a shared garden and balconies with superb views.

The sitting room furnishings are bright and classy, and include two armchairs and a double sofa bed.

The kitchenette has four gas rings, an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian coffee maker and a toaster. The table seats four, and in the room there is also a satellite TV.

The sitting room leads on to the terrace, equipped with tables and chairs so you can spend some time outdoors having lunch or just admiring the view.

The bedrooms: One of the two bedrooms has direct access to bathroom.

Both rooms have a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and lead directly out onto the terrace through a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower and hairdryer.

The second bathroom, which leads off the sitting room, has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower and hairdryer.
