"CARMEN" APARTMENT

Carmen is a bright, classy 70 m2 apartment suitable for six people. Carmen is located on the top floor of the building. It can be reached from the main entrance of the building, by going up about 25 steps.

Carmen has a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace with a sea view, a shared garden, balconies with fantastic views and air conditioning.

The sitting room is bright and classy. The furnishings include two armchairs and a double sofa bed.

The kitchenette have four gas rings, an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian coffee maker and a toaster. The table seats six, and in the room there is also a satellite TV.

The sitting room, which is air conditioned, leads on to the terrace, equipped with tables and chairs so you can spend some time outdoors having lunch or just admiring the view.

The bedrooms: One of the two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed and spacious wardrobe.

The other room has a sofabed divisible into two single beds and a spacious wardrobe. You can easily reach the terrace through the window of the bedroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower and hairdryer. You can easily reach the terrace through the window of the bedroom.

The second bathroom, which leads off the sitting room, has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower and hairdryer.
